What are Followers, Leads, and Opportunities?

Followers, Leads, and Opportunities are the three Campus Lifecycle Stages.

When a person becomes a contact they are categorised as a Follower. As they interact with you and your business they move through your sales funnel and become a Lead and then an Opportunity. Basically the more they interact with you in a period of time, the closer they become to being an actual customer.

Contacts move through the sales funnel and through the different categories by scoring Contact Points. You can read more about Contact points and setting thresholds here.

You are able to create lists based on these three stages by using your Filters on the Contact page:
