Filtering Contacts

Once you've added Contacts into your Contact Module, you can then begin to manage your relationship with these Contacts on a day-to-day basis. The best way to do this is to setup Contact Filters that allow you to segment your Contact View table into those Contacts you want to manage at any given time.

Setting Up Filters

To do this, head into Contacts and choose Contacts from the dropdown. On this page, you'll see a table of all of your existing Contacts:
On the left-hand side of this table there is the option to 'Add a Filter', if you click this you'll be given a dropdown of available options for filtering your Contacts:
Choose the option you'd like to use as your filter and then narrow down your table accordingly based on the further options provided:

You can add further filters if required by clicking 'Add a Filter':

Saving Filters

Once you're happy with your filters you have two options:

1. Save - if you're updating an existing saved filter then click Save to save those changes.

2. Save As - if this is a new filter you'd like to save for future use then click Save As and you will be promted to give your filter a name:

The next time you head over to your Contacts page, this saved filter will be available for you to Load:

Deleting Filters

If you'd like to delete previously saved filters then you can click the 'x' next to that filter in the Load options.
