How to use a bespoke Privacy Policy

When you set up your Campus Account you're prompted to fill in your Site's Privacy Policy in your Data Processing Settings. This privacy policy is then automatically linked to in your Campus Form Sign Up Mechanisms, however there may be some occasions where you instead want to use a bespoke privacy policy for a certain form. On these occasions simply follow the short guide below.

Once you've reached the Fields and Layout stage of your Campus form creation, you're prompted to include a Sign Up Mechanism. Once you've dragged across your chosen Sign Up Mechanism, if you hover over it you will see a blue settings button:
Click this button and the settings side bar will open on the right-hand side. Here you can untick 'Use Default Privacy Policy' and can add your Custom Privacy Policy to the box available:
