Using the Counts Function in your Education Database

If you are on the Professional or the Enterprise plan you will see a Counts option on the Schools/Teachers & Staff Table. This will allow you to see segmented counts for the list you are viewing.

Click on Counts and a side bar will appear, giving Top Level Counts: 

You can then segment your list counts even further, for example by Role:

As well as viewing your counts, you can also Export them to use externally, for example to plan marketing strategies:
